Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Obtain electronic signatures and verify delivery details accurately.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and fueled.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle delivery inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Good physical stamina for lifting packages and standing for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
