Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload materials using winches, loaders, or hand tools as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors regarding schedules and route changes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and local traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks in a professional setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
