Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks on various job sites throughout Honolulu and surrounding areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload construction materials (gravel, dirt, sand) efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and cargo area.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license (endorments may be required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy dump trucks in construction or demolition.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor and lift heavy loads.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
