Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or B dump trucks to transport various materials to and from job sites.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors to coordinate routes and schedules.
- Keep the truck cab and bed clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience driving dump trucks or heavy haul vehicles.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and operate heavy machinery.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
