Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and packages to residential and commercial destinations in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and log accurate mileage.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or a regular state driver's license (depending on vehicle type).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
- A clean driving record with no major infractions within the last 3 years.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable smartphone access for navigation and delivery apps.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
