Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations along assigned routes.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring cargo is secured and accounted for.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or digital signatures upon completion.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (DOT compliant) and vehicle inspection reports.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must possess a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable route driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes using GPS and maps.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
