Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Deliver freight to designated destinations in a timely manner while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete daily logs (ELD), delivery receipts, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, professional driving record and vehicle appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
