Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (forklifts, straps, etc.).
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and sitting for extended periods.
