Job Overview:
We are looking for Class A and Class B drivers to transport freight safely and efficiently. Whether you are an experienced OTR veteran or a local driver looking to expand your horizons, we have the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A & B) safely and defensively in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper tie-down techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status and delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT drug screen.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
