Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) for regional and local routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Inspect and report vehicle maintenance needs to ensure DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional delivery service
- Adapt to changing schedules and route modifications as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Madison metro area and Wisconsin highway systems
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- DOT medical certification and hazmat endorsement preferred
