Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly home time
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance documentation
- Handle specialized freight including temperature-controlled and high-value cargo
- Utilize advanced telematics systems for route optimization and real-time communication
- Uphold strict safety protocols and exceed customer service standards at every delivery point
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass rigorous DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and route navigation systems
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overnight trips
