Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Raleigh
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
- Communicate delivery status and route challenges to dispatch team in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at warehouse and delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh/Durham metropolitan area
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from depot (if using personal vehicle)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Background check and drug screening required
