Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds) for local and regional deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report mechanical issues and maintain accurate mileage records
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation and electronic logs
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
