Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated residential and commercial addresses in the Los Angeles metro area.
- Practice exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Update delivery status in real-time via the mobile app to keep customers informed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (2-door or 4-door sedan preferred) that is in good mechanical condition.
- A smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan for route tracking and customer communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently in urban environments.
