Responsibilities
- Transport goods to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Interact professionally with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicle condition daily and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately handle and document all delivery paperwork and proof of delivery (POD).
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Practice safe lifting techniques to ensure the security of packages.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-100 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and navigation.
- Reliable smartphone for accessing the delivery app and route management tools.
