Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to customers within designated Tampa routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery statuses and handle exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking applications
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
