Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Miami, FL, and surrounding areas efficiently and safely.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of each route.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records using handheld devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to minimize risk.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring items are handled with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Physically fit to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
