Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the safe handling and proper packaging of all deliveries to prevent damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with recipients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and update tracking information in real-time.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
- Navigate efficiently through Los Angeles traffic using GPS and mapping tools.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan and access to email.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles area, streets, and neighborhoods.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
