Responsibilities
- Safe & Timely Deliveries: Navigate the Indianapolis area efficiently to ensure all packages are delivered according to schedule.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers professionally and handling package handling with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in excellent mechanical condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and digital proof of delivery using our mobile app.
- Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel usage and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Comfortable using a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and reporting.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indianapolis streets and traffic patterns.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
