Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery statuses and log proof of delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route maps provided.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift, push, and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app management.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
