Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers within the Miami metro area.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after routes to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Sort and organize cargo before loading to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Use handheld devices to track delivery status and update customer information.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and time management throughout the workday.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class E or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for local delivery.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using a smartphone or tablet.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and complete our comprehensive paid training program.
