Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages and parcels from the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route-planning software to ensure on-time delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, including signature verification and package handling.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for cargo transport.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based tasks.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
