Responsibilities
- Safely operate your assigned vehicle to deliver packages to customers along a predetermined route in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care and placed in the appropriate spot.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and resolving any delivery issues or concerns.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track package status and ensure accurate delivery confirmations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a perfect safety record.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure packages are secure during transit.
- Follow the daily delivery plan and communicate any delays or issues to the DSP management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Eligible to work in the United States (No sponsorship available).
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for Amazon DSP.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy for scanning and navigation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated DSP facility.
