Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care and organized for delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Record Keeping: Accurately complete delivery logs and handle returns or exceptions according to company policy.
- Route Management: Navigate efficiently through Tucson traffic to meet delivery windows.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Clean Record: A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Technology: Comfortable using handheld delivery devices and navigation apps.
