Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages efficiently and safely from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to customer doorsteps while adhering to safety protocols and time standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package inquiries professionally.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and ensure it is well-stocked with supplies.
- Follow designated routes and ensure accurate delivery records are maintained.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D or equivalent) required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable personal vehicle (transportation may be provided depending on specific DSP requirements).
