Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) on long-haul routes between Oklahoma and Georgia
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including overnight shifts
- No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years
