Responsibilities
- Transport goods from distribution centers to designated delivery locations safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secure and free of damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred but not always required for local routes).
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (if gig-based) or willingness to use company vehicle.
