Responsibilities
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for AI/ML engineers, quantum physicists, and biotech specialists
- Execute passive candidate sourcing via GitHub, Kaggle, and academic research networks
- Lead technical interviews assessing proficiency in quantum algorithms and neural architecture
- Collaborate with product teams to define future talent requirements for 2026 technology horizons
- Optimize ATS workflows using AI-powered matching tools for quantum computing roles
- Build employer branding campaigns showcasing our 2026 tech roadmap
- Analyze market data to position compensation packages competitively for emerging skill sets
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/quantum/biotech specialization
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and ML frameworks
- Proven success sourcing PhD-level researchers in computational fields
- Expertise in leveraging GitHub, Stack Overflow, and academic recruitment channels
- Certification in AI/ML recruitment (e.g., AIRS Quantum Specialist)
- Experience with ATS platforms leveraging GPT-4 for candidate matching
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in emerging tech domains
