Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for senior engineering roles
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML researchers, quantum software engineers, and systems architects
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality of hire
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for emerging technologies including quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Champion DEI initiatives to foster inclusive hiring practices across technical teams
- Manage recruitment technology stack including Lever, Greenhouse, and AI-powered sourcing tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing specialized engineering roles
- Deep expertise in sourcing candidates for AI/ML, quantum computing, or high-performance computing
- Strong technical literacy to evaluate complex engineering requirements and assess candidate capabilities
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub profiling, and academic outreach
- Track record of building diverse technical teams through structured interview processes
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence
