In this role, you will drive the talent acquisition strategy for our internal engineering and data teams, ensuring we have the technical firepower to deliver an unforgettable experience for the world.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Execute complex sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) for World Cup 2026 projects.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition creation and screening to negotiation and offer extension.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment campaigns.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent our company as a top employer at tech conferences and university career fairs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth tech companies or large-scale event infrastructure.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and the ability to evaluate technical resumes.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on SEO-friendly content creation for job descriptions.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment leading up to and during the event.
