- AI & Automation Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven recruitment tools to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
- Workforce Forecasting: Analyze labor market data to predict future skill gaps and proactively build talent pipelines for emerging technologies.
- Employer Brand Evolution: Craft a compelling narrative for our brand as a 2026-forward company, highlighting our commitment to innovation and diversity.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier universities and industry leaders to secure exclusive access to high-potential talent.
- Global Mobility Strategy: Design frameworks for a distributed workforce, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention in a global context.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment strategies and optimize ROI continuously.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven experience in developing long-term workforce strategies and adapting to rapid industry changes (e.g., AI, remote work).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Tech stack, with experience implementing automation tools.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to communicate complex hiring strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
