Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and attract qualified CDL drivers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess driver skills, background, and CDL status.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to remain competitive.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific fleet needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet FMCSA and company compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- CDL Knowledge: Must have a comprehensive understanding of CDL classifications, endorsements, and FMCSA regulations.
- Recruiting Exp: Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or logistics coordination (preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work: Self-starter capable of working independently with high productivity.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Dallas, TX preferred).
