Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from schools and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and school district safety protocols
- Monitor student behavior and enforce bus rules with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Complete daily mileage and incident reports accurately
- Respond to emergencies following established safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb bus steps safely
- Background clearance clearance required
