Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their requested destinations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, tidy, and well-maintained before and after every trip.
- Use the rideshare app to accept rides, navigate routes, and communicate with passengers.
- Familiarize yourself with Houston's traffic patterns and local attractions to provide the best service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Collect fares or process payments securely through the app.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every passenger.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Current auto insurance, registration, and vehicle in good working condition.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan (iOS or Android).
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Must have a valid Social Security Number and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be comfortable using GPS navigation apps.
