Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly schedules
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper documentation and securement protocols
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all FMCSA regulations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Adhere to strict safety standards and zero-tolerance policy for violations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or dedicated route experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong understanding of HOS regulations and electronic logging
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to submit to background check and pre-employment screening
