Responsibilities
- Transport students to and from school and school-related activities safely and punctually.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment, including restroom cleanliness.
- Follow strict safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring they are safe.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding schedule changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger endorsement (or willingness to obtain through our training program).
- A clean driving record with no recent DUI or serious traffic violations.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work early morning and/or afternoon hours.
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.
