As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and school activities. If you have a passion for safety and community service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all students on the bus.
- Manage student behavior to ensure a safe and pleasant ride.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and dispatch regarding student safety and route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
- A clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
