Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicle or company-provided vehicle
- Maintain excellent customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Richmond transportation regulations
- Track earnings and submit trip reports through our driver app
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with 3+ years clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door sedan (2015 or newer) or SUV
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Richmond metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and communication skills
