We are currently seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our transportation team as School Bus Drivers. If you have a passion for working with children and are looking for a career with Paid CDL Training, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and harassment-free environment for all passengers.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
- Follow all traffic laws, school district policies, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and parents regarding route changes or student concerns.
- Keep the bus interior clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Willingness to obtain a CDL Class B (Training provided).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
