Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using personal vehicle
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage
- Efficiently navigate Omaha's roads using GPS technology
- Complete trips accurately and submit daily performance reports
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and passengers
- Participate in ongoing driver training and safety workshops
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable vehicle model 2010+ with 4 doors
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation apps
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 21+ years old
