Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Navigate optimized routes using GPS systems while adhering to DOT regulations
- Load/unload shipments with precision and care
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with Texas highway systems and delivery protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- DOT medical certification required
