Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and related equipment on construction sites and public roads
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload materials at various job sites with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and DOT safety regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and well-functioning equipment
- Support emergency response operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Spotless driving record (MVR) and clean background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Madison area infrastructure and routes
- Pass DOT physical and substance screening
