Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and critical documents safely and securely to designated medical facilities.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards during every delivery.
- Utilize company-provided handheld devices to update delivery status in real-time.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Follow designated routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at hospitals and clinics.
- Handle all paperwork accurately, including delivery manifests and receipts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using mobile technology and GPS applications.
