Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders using personal vehicle
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Optimize routes for efficiency using MetroRide's driver app
- Deliver exceptional customer service with positive attitude
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Track and report earnings accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Ability to pass background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic smartphone navigation proficiency
- Availability to work evenings/weekends
