Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, and hospital supplies to clinics, laboratories, and medical facilities in the Lincoln area.
- Ensure the safe handling and temperature control of sensitive medical items throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and update tracking systems in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals receiving deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route management.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
