As a Medical Courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of sensitive medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and documents to and from medical facilities. We pride ourselves on our commitment to accuracy, punctuality, and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and pharmaceuticals safely and securely to designated medical facilities.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately update tracking systems and log delivery information in real-time.
- Follow strict HIPAA and infection control guidelines when handling sensitive materials.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and fuel logs before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
