Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport in construction, landscaping, and industrial sectors
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Collaborate with site supervisors and dispatch for efficient route planning
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Represent the company professionally with clients and project teams
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load calculations and documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- No CDL required – we provide full training!
- Physical ability to climb equipment and handle outdoor weather conditions
