Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for overnight freight delivery
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries across Oregon and Washington
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Secure cargo and maintain proper handling procedures
- Respond professionally to route adjustments and emergencies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging systems (ELD) required
