Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and sensitive medical equipment in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Adhere strictly to all FDA, HIPAA, and company safety protocols regarding bio-hazard handling and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs, manifests, and electronic proof of delivery records.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, sanitized, and in excellent working condition before every route.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff, clinics, and patients upon delivery.
- Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and speed limits.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).
- The ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and handling electronic paperwork.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Physically able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
