Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and medical equipment to designated medical facilities within the Laredo area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols when handling sensitive patient data and biological materials.
- Log delivery details accurately using mobile delivery software.
- Provide professional, courteous service to clinic staff and hospital personnel.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time, even during adverse weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record and no major violations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
- Physical ability to lift and carry medical packages up to 50 lbs.
